Biography
| I was born in Africa of all places, although I was only there for the first few years of my life. After which my parents moved to England, where I attended a Catholic school run by Nuns. From there we moved to Jamaica, and then to the United States. It is in the U.S. that I have spent a majority of my life, but I do not forget the unusual set of circumstances that brought me here. After High School, I joined the Marines, and served a five year tour. That was all it took for me to realize that I needed to get a degree. It’s taking a long time, working a full time job, and going to school part time. As for art, I have had quite a bit of success in photography, sculpture, painting, and digital art. Creating art is a hobby of mine, one which I stray into and out of as time permits. Lately, I have recommitted to fractal art although I will always have a love for traditional photography. I have had a long standing interest in fractals, and have spent countless dozens of hours fooling with random number generators and the like. It is only now, though my study of higher mathematics, that I am coming to truly respect the images I am creating. It is a work in progress, and the more I push the envelope of creation, the more I learn about fractals and chaos theory. I hope to bring high quality, professional grade, images to the community for every one to enjoy regardless of an individuals technical background. |
